How do I mine Aiden?

Aiden utilizes an n-factor which has been optimized for gpu mining

Regardless of operating system, there's only one setting you really need to be aware of.

sgminer --nfactor 6

Once you've downloaded your miner, you'll need to set up a basic set of options. The most important setting is shown above, however there's a great deal of customization you can do in order to get the most out of your rig. Choose your card from the list on the left and you'll be provided a basic configuration file to get started with.

Select your desired format from the list on the left. This will generate an Aiden address for you and you'll be all set to start sending and receiving coins. If you're interested in mining, we suggest SGMiner. This versatile mining software allows you to make the customizations necessary to take advantage of Scrypt-OG.

It wasn't long after I started trading altcoins that I got first introduced to Franko. SCRYPT-OG = 8X MORE EFFICIENT SCRYPT FOR GPU

Aiden uses an improved Scrypt-algorithm which is 8x less memory intensive called Scrypt-OG - which makes it (currently) ASIC-resistant, in the sense that GPU-mining is optimized. Due to this fact, Aiden could become one of the few coins out there that will be worth mining with a GPU in the near future. This coin claims efficieny for miners and future profitability. If this is true, then why isn't everyone mining this coin allready? My theory is that Aiden looks as if it's not profitable since it's 'network hashrate' seems high compared to the actual reward; 50 ADN per block...
